|4||FORTE BLUE CHIP||2-1|
FOUR STARZZ LEFTY was first over pushing a :29.2 third quarter in a quick mile over an off track against considerably faster horses; two back he left and was parked to a :28.1 first quarter and held okay as the beaten 8-5 favorite; takes a key drop and seems too fast for these...FORTE BLUE CHIP was used and shuffled in last; drops and appears main rival.
|1st||7||Four Starzz Lefty||6.00||3.50||3.60|
|2nd||4||Forte Blue Chip||5.60||3.60|

|1||MEANT TO BE ME||9-2|
VLOS finished strongly from post 7 two back, then had post 7 again last week, blasted to the lead in :27, set a solid pace and finished in :28.4 to hold the show; classy horse gets better post.
|3rd||1||Meant to Be Me||3.00|
Friday, September 21, I had one pick, which won and paid a modest $2.60. But sometimes we get lucky. Look at the trifecta payoff. A $2 key trifecta play, a $12.00 bet, returned $187.40, pretty remarkable with a $2.60 winner on top in a 7 horse field.

|4||ALBERT STREET A*||2-1 LS|
|1||WICKED N RUDE||5-1|
ALBERT STREET A classy veteran showed speed at the Meadowlands and weakened in a race he may have needed after missing a start; returns to a more speed favoring track, won at this level last month, and 34 time winner meets a pretty weak field here.
|1st||4||Albert Street A||5.90||3.90||2.40|
|2nd||1||Wicked N Rude||2.80||2.30|
One pick on Monday and it went off at 6-1 and finished 2nd, and we had the exacta and trifecta box. The exacta was a fantastic price for this combination. This shows how my personal odds line can help you win. I made African Queen 8-5, she went off at 6-1. I made Hearts N Flowers 3-1, she went off at 8-1. The bettors over bet the 4 down to 1-2 odds.
|2||AFRICAN QUEEN*||8-5 LS|

|3||JK FINE ART||5-2|
|6||AIR GUITAR HANOVER||3-1|
DREAM OF WINNING made two moves setting a quick pace in last at the Meadows and held nicely in her second start of her 3yo season; versatile filly doesn't need to leave to be effective and may take back and rally off what figures to be a hot pace in this stakes race.
|1st||4||Dream of Winning||9.00||6.10||3.90|
|4th||3||Jk Fine Art|
I gave out one horse on Wednesday and he went wire to wire and paid $7.60.
|7||CLASSICAL MAN**||7-5 SL|
|3||SJ'S SUPER STAR||5-1|
CLASSICAL MAN classy veteran trotter had post 8 against tougher, was parked the mile without cover in a fast race and excusably tired after getting within 2 lengths of the leader through a hot pace for this type; drops, gets better spot, can wire these.

TIDEWATER TEDDY had post 7 in last at Yonkers and was parked to the lead in :27.1 over an off track, set the pace and lost by 2 1/2 lengths; speed wasn't holding that well last week at Yonkers so it was a sharp effort; can wire these with top gate driver Yannick Gingras...PICTURE ME comes down the ladder and picks up Tetrick.

|1||NO OIL PAINT||7-1|

SAYWHATUNEEDTOSAY went a couple of deceptively good races at Yonkers in December then raced okay at Woodbine, has since been transferred to the high-percentage Burke barn and comes off two sharp qualifiers...YOGI HANOVER comes off the best effort of his career, a pacesetting narrow miss in a 1:52.4 mile last week; if he puts two good efforts together he may be tough...NO OIL PAINT lacked a rally off a cover trip in Yogi Hanover's quick mile last week...IN FRONT CHARLIE chased the pace in the same race and held well from the pocket.
|2nd||7||In Front Charlie||6.00||5.80|
|3rd||1||No Oil Paint||4.00|
|4th||8||Fool to Cry|
|3||MAXINE THE MIGHTY***||4-1 BAL|
MAXINE THE MIGHTY came off a layoff and made a nice first over move before flattening out in the stretch with her trainer in the bike last time; trotting mare is 0 for 10 lifetime but there are no world beaters here and she gets a big driver change to a top catch driver for the first time in her career. Upset call...AMERONICA set the pace at 3-5 odds and held the place with no excuse in last but she is a bit more advanced than these, has been first or second in last 6 starts, one to catch for Palone...ITSGHOSTLYOUTSIDE broke at the start in last but she won her two prior starts over the track.
|1st||3||Maxine the Mighty||8.80||4.00||2.40|

|2nd||6||Ak's Livin Large||3.60||4.40|
|9||CROWN HEIGHTS**||4-5 SL|
|7||IRISH BIG GUY||8-1|
CROWN HEIGHTS set a fast pace under pressure and finished third losing by a head against a tougher field than this at this level; gets a nice spot in the 2nd tier and should be able to brush to the lead and take off. The rest of the field is hard to gauge.
One pick Saturday night (Feb. 4), a nice 5-1 Best Bet winner that keyed a good paying $92.00 exacta.
|2||MCDANA N||8-1 SL|

Thursday, February 2
One spot play last night and it turned out to be a good one, a trifecta key horse that won and keyed a whopping $672.20 trifecta, excellent price for a 2-1 shot on top. Note that I made Take A Walk 8-5 on my line (she was 9-2 on the ML) with a big spread to the next ranked odds of 5-1, an indication that I felt she was potentially much the best. One of the ways that you can make betting decisions when looking at my picks is by looking at my odds line.
